The V8 produces 802 horsepower and 662 pound feet of torque.
Two years ago, the Ferrari F8 Spider was introduced as a convertible version to the F8 Tributo. The supercar has been upgraded with a number of visual goodies and upgrades by Novitec, an aftermarket tuner. A new Inconel exhaust system adds an extra level of visual flair and oomph to the car’s dark side.
Novitec has added a two-piece spoiler to the front. This reduces the front-axle lift and carbon flaps on the bumper sides. A carbon insert is also included for the front fascia. Novitec also added other bits to the front to improve cooling and aerodynamics. Novitec has added side mirrors and rocker panels. Customers can choose between a bigger rear ducktail spoiler, or a rear wings. The front wheels are 21 inches and the rear 22 inches.
The Ferrari’s twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter Ferrari 3.8-liter engine still powers the supercar. Novitec however, has increased its power. The tuner also adds the N-Tronic control unit, which creates unique calibrations for injection and ignition mapping. It also adjusts the electronic boost control. These upgrades enable the convertible to produce 802 horsepower (590 Kilowatts) as well as 662 pound-feet (898 Nm) of torque. The Ferrari produces 711 horsepower (530 hp), 568 lb/ft (770 Nm), and can travel 62 mph (100 km/h) in 2.6 seconds. It takes 2.9 seconds for the unmodified version.
For even greater heat dissipation, the Inconel exhaust system can be fitted with a 999 fine-gold plating option. You can have it with or without active control exhaust flaps. It was also designed to reduce weight. Novitec offers many interior upgrades including leather and Alcantara that can be tailored to customer needs. If you are looking for minor modifications to your car, the Novitec F8 Spider upgrade package is the perfect choice.
