The Ferrari SF90 with Stradale Assetto Fiorano package crashed into a poor Ferrari SF90 . It was on its way to Ventimiglia in Italy when it crashed into a Ferrari supercar. Varryx, an Instagram user and Ferrari expert, shared the horrific aftermath of the crash. This Ferrari SF90 is still around. We sure hope so.
The Ferrari SF90This is the result trickle-down engineering taken from the La Ferrari hypercar. The SF90 is not equipped with the La Ferrari’s V12 but it uses similar hybrid technology to make it one of the most powerful Ferraris ever made.
The SF90’s V8 twin-turbo 4.0 liter engine produces 769 horsepower (573 Kilowatts). The V8’s massive output is backed up by three electric motors, totaling 217 horsepower (161 Kilowatts), for a total of 986 horsepower (735 Kilowatts). The SF90 is an all-wheel-drive supercar that has two of the three electric motors located on the front axle. Ferrari claims that the SF90 can accelerate from 0-60 in 2.5 seconds. However, many test drivers have reported acceleration times far lower than this.
Customers who want to personalize their Ferrari can find hundreds of thousands of dollars of options to choose from. Assetto Fiorano is one such package. It adds carbon fiber wheels and a titanium exhaust. Multimatic dampers are also included. A larger carbon fiber rear wings is also available.
Varryx’s Instagram photo of the SF90 is not factory-fresh. Although the incredible machine was severely damaged by the concrete barrier, the car is still in good condition and will be returned to Ferrari for repairs.
