Ferrari World Abu Dhabi wins World’s Leading Theme Park Award <span data-mce-="" type="bookmark" style="display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;" class="mce_SELRES_start"></span><span data-mce-type="bookmark" style="display: inline- block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;" class="mce_SELRES_start"></span> It is the largest ever constructed space frame structure. Ferrari’s Abu Dhabi amusement park has won the 2019 award for best theme park. The World’s Leading Theme Park award is part of the World Travel Awards annual competition. This year’s gala dinner was held at the Royal Opera House, Muscat. After receiving the trophy, Bianca Sammut (General Manager, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi) said, “Four consecutive year as the Middle East’s leading theme park” It’s an iconic park that offers thrills and rides for all our guests. This evening, we are extremely proud to have won the award. It will be turning 10 next year! Ferrari World is a theme park that was built almost 10 years ago. It celebrates “the spirit and Ferrari brand” and is located on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. It holds the record for having the largest space frame structure built.The fastest roller coaster in the world.The park opened to the public in November 2010. It was named Middle East’s Leading Tourist Attraction in 2015, 2016 and 2017 as well as Middle East’s Leading Theme Park for 2017 and 2018. The World Travel Awards was created in 1993 to recognize, reward and celebrate excellence in all sectors of the tourism, travel and hospitality industries.
