Pogea Racing, a German tuning company, has released a new Fiat 500 tuning package. This company created a Ferrari-style 500 edition by tuning the Fiat 500 to 264 horsepower (197 kW, 268 PS) as well as 330 Nm (243 ft.lb) of torque.
The car looks like it was built by engineers using the Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari. It produces 180 PS (132 kW / 178 bhp from the turbocharged 1.4L 16-valve four-cylinder engine. They could also have used the Abarth 500 Esseesse which has 160 PS (120kW /158 bhp) peak torque and 230 Nm (170ft-lb).
Instead of creating a new ECU from scratch, the engineers installed new software on top of the Abarth software. Customers can choose between two turbochargers before Pogea installs the larger intercooler or upgraded fuel injectors. The car also gets a new stainless-steel exhaust system. This includes a redesigned catalytic converter and downpipe as well as a variety of tailpipes.
The upgraded four-piston brakes provide additional power. Upgrade suspension, unspecified carbon fibre parts and leather upholstery are all options. The Ferrari 430 Scuderia inspired car is painted in Scuderia Red, with grey race stripes at the venting. The Pogea Racing 500 package starts at EUR3400
