The web has leaked the first images of the production Kia KX3.
Based on the Hyundai HTML25, the model will soon be launched in China. The design is heavily inspired by the KX3 concept that was unveiled last November at the Guangzhou Auto Show. The production model has a different front fog light design and an exhaust pipe configuration than the concept.
Interior features include a familiar cockpit layout, brown leather upholstery, lacquered trim, and a leather-wrapped 3-spoke steering wheel.
The KX3 will be powered by two petrol engines of 1.6 liters displacement, according to what we know. The one with naturally aspirated power is 123 HP (90kW) and is 151 Nm (1111 lbft) in torque. The turbocharged version is more powerful and produces 200 HP (147kW) and 265 Nm (195lbft) respectively. A 7-speed DCT gearbox will be available for the turbo unit.
The optional equipment includes a panoramic sunroof and a rear-view cam, keyless entry, automatic climate control, and other features.
