An unknown prototype Alfa Romeo 4C has been captured and it is likely to be a hotter version due out in 2015.
We heard Alfa Romeo CEO Harald Wester hint at a stronger version of the 4C towards the end of June. These images show the 4C hotter model, which is likely to be referred to as the Quadrifoglio Verde (or Stradale) moniker. It features a more aggressive body with air intakes at the front.
The front bumper has additional air intakes in the upper left- and right corners. A new skirt is also visible on the side profile. The bumper at the back has been slightly revised with new exhaust tips and additional vents on the quarter panels. These vents are located above the circular taillights.
The regular Alfa Romeo 4C produces 240 horsepower (176 kW), but the QV/Stradale may produce as much as 220 HP (198 kW).
A track-only version is also rumored to be in development. While the 4C version is more powerful and could be displayed at Geneva Motor Show in March 2015, Alfa Romeo will debut a 4C Spider with a black canvas roof.
