This rugged Ford study, based on the 2018 EcoSport, will be Ford’s smallest utility member during SEMA. The crossover is “highly capable, efficient and fun”, with custom flares and powerful off-road Maxxis tires. Additional accessories include an integrated winch and custom tubular bumpers. Rigid Industries lighting is also included. Yakima bike rack is also available.

Blood Type Racing Edge ST

The Blue Oval will promote its debut entry in the performance SUV segment, Edge ST. This concept was developed with Chicago-based Blood Type Racing. The vehicle has 22-inch wheels and a custom aerodynamic package. Tuners also improved its performance with a Mishimoto intercooler and an induction system.

Ford’s LGE*CTS Expedition classic is a “modern classic”, according to Theresa Contreras. We were pleasantly surprised at the exterior color and matte paint steel wheels. Mechanical upgrades include self-leveling suspension, Borla performance cat back exhaust and Borla performance suspension. You should also not forget the cool custom-painted roof rack. It looks amazing.

MAD Industries Explorer

A 2018 Explorer Sport was used as the base. Ford and California-based MAD designed “a high-fashion design which blends style with performance.” It has a cool two-tone exterior with lower suspension. Performance upgrades include a cold air intake, more aggressive handling tuning and greater braking power.

Ford will have the largest original equipment manufacturer stand at the SEMA show (the Specialty Equipment Market Association Show) in Las Vegas. To showcase more than 50 vehicles, the company has partnered with several customization partners. This includes a quartet tuned Mustangs as well as five newly revealed custom crossover and SUV models.
