Ford Bronco has 230,000 reservations so far: Report
This does not include Bronco Sport reservations.

Ford unveiled the 2021 Bronco earlier this month to overwhelming positive reactions. Ford also made reservations for $100 per night that night. A new report suggests Ford could have a huge hit. Bronco6G.com reports that Ford has approximately 230,000 Bronco reservation.

This post is from an administrator of the forum, and cites “one of our reliable source”. A Ford spokesperson informed Car and Driver this week that some reservation holders may not receive their Broncos until 2022, which is 18 months away.
Ford intends to start Bronco production next spring. The first deliveries will be made in June 2021. Ford claims that customers may have to wait several months before their Broncos arrive. This would make the 230,000 reservation claim more accurate. Ford claimed that reservations for limited-production First Edition models sold out in hours. Ford had to increase production by 7,000 units in order to meet the demand.

The Bronco will be competing with the Jeep Wrangler which had sales in excess of 225,000 between 2018 and 2019. The Bronco will be available in both two- and four-door models, with many after-market parts readily available from the factory. Reservation holders were able snag a spot at $100 but the MSRP is significantly higher. The two-door model starts at $28,500 and the four-door at $33,200. The $1,495 destination fee is not added to either model. First Edition models cost $48,875 for two doors, and $51,370 to buy four.

The Bronco Sports is a great option if you are impatient and don’t want any delay. Bronco Sport is not included in the 230,000 Bronco reservation. Orders will be taken by reservation holders this summer, before deliveries start before the end. This is much better than waiting to 2022.
