The pony badge will help you see the way.
According to Ford Mustang Mach–E GT , the new EV will have an illuminated pony badge at the grille. This information was cited by Emma Berg, spokesperson for Blue Oval. This will also mark the debut of a factory-mounted light-up emblem for the brand.
The illuminated badge is one of many ways Ford is redesigning the Mach-E GT to distinguish it and the less-performance-oriented versions. It also features a texture that looks like classic grille mesh. This section is not actually open as it would adversely affect aerodynamics. You can make the lower fascia more aggressive by using a large chin spoiler.
The GT is the only model that has the vibrant Cyber Orange metallic exterior color. Also, the GT is only available in Dark Matter Gray.
The GT Performance edition is for buyers who want a more powerful Mach-E. The standard GT’s 612 lb/ft (658 kilowatts), and 480 horsepower (358kilowatts) are the outputs of this engine. The sprint is now 60 miles per hour (96 km per hour) and takes 3.5 seconds to complete, 3.7 seconds with this package. However, the range is less than the standard GT at 235 miles (378 km).
This model features 20-inch wheels in Ebony Black with a machined face and Pirelli summer tires. Red-painted Brembo brake calipers are included on the 19-inch model.
The Performance Edition includes small changes to the interior, such as gray ActiveX upholstery with metallic stitching or Miko perforated reflective inserts. An aluminum applique is added to the instrument panel.
Deliveries are being made to Mach-E already. However, the GT trim won’t be available until the summer of 2021. The price for this sporty model starts at $60,500.
