TheSketchMonkey decided to give Ford’s classic pony car a similar midengine overhaul. Ford already has a supercar mid-engine with the GT. But, let’s be real, ever since you heard about Chevrolet’s Corvette efforts, you have wondered what a Mustang with its engine behind it would look like. You need not wonder any more.

We are jealous of his talent, if that’s not the case. There are obvious changes: a shorter nose and a longer backside. It’s more than just shifting proportions, as the video shows. The cooling needs of the engine must also be addressed. When an engine moves in a heavy position, suspension and chassis changes are required. This means that the rear end of the car will need to be modified to accommodate these differences.
