Ford will soon sell you a Winch-Ready Front Bumper for your Ranger

ARB 4×4 Accessories made the bumper and it comes with a warranty.

Ford has teamed up with ARB4x4 Accessories to produce off-road-ready parts for the current generation Ford Ranger pickup. The first product from this partnership is a front bumper that can be winched to the smallest Ford truck. To protect it from the elements, the dealer-installed option can be powder coated and made of welded sheet steel.

Ranger Danger:

The bumper was designed specifically for the Ranger and attaches to the truck’s chassis-mounting points. It does not interfere with safety or convenience sensors. This includes adaptive cruise control and automatic front brake system.

Ranger Things

Ford and ARB 4×4 accessories say that the aftermarket bumper works with a wide range of Warn Industries winches. It can be used with 6.0-inch and 30.0-inch Rigid SR-Series LED light bar and mounts for different antennas and sandflags. The bumper also contains jacking points to allow for off-road jacks.

Home on the Ranger:

The Ford and ARB 4×4 Accessories front bumpers complement the newly revealed lift kit dealer-installed on the Ranger (not counting the F-150 full-size pickup). The Ranger’s latest accessory front bumper is available for $1,495, but that price does not include installation. The bumper, which is winch-ready, will be available in 2020. It also comes with a limited warranty.
