Available in two flavours – you can choose which one to call officially.
FV Frangivento is not likely to be the most popular name when it comes to Italian supercars. However, Turin’s automaker has introduced its latest model, FV Frangivento Sorpasso.
The Sorpasso is a follow-up of the Asfane DieciDieci 1,000hp hypercar and $1.6 million Charlotte electric roadster (with an integrated fish tank), but it has its own quirk. The Sorpasso is available in Stradale or GTXX. Buyers can change the numbers to their preference. You can customize it!
In addition, both buyers of the Sorpasso Stradale or GTXX have the option to participate in two personal programs: Programma sviluppo as well as Programa Ego. For 30 days they can work side by side with stylists to design the car.
With its more refined and elegant appearance, the Sorpasso Stradale is different from all others. This is the Sorpasso Stradale show car, as seen in these images. It comes in Hermes Gray paint. The Sorpasso GTXX has a two-tone body, and features an aggressive look that is inspired by GT3 Group cars.
Although not shown in the press photos, both Sorpasso supercars will come with cabins made in Alcantara and leather by Mario Levi Group, a historical Turin-based atelier. The optional Avatar Driving Assistant will be available as an option. This assistant is said to be intelligent and customizable. Sistemevo developed the AI technology, which is capable of conversing in natural language. It can also be used as a personal travel companion.
The Sorpasso Stradale is both on all fours, and powered by a V10 motor. It doesn’t use forced induction to produce the 610 naturally-aspirated horses. The Sorpasso GTXX is supercharged to produce 850 horsepower (634kilowatts). It can sprint at 214 mph (345km/h) and 0-62 miles an hour (100 km/h).
Although the price was not mentioned in the release FV Frangivento stated that collectors and enthusiasts have already reserved their cars and will receive them by the end July.
