This car may be more powerful than the M8 with 661 horsepower.

Although the BMW M8 has yet to arrive, M850i drivers who are impatient can give their grand tourer an extra boost in power through the efforts of tuner G–Power. The 8 Series now has 661 horsepower (493kW) and 656 poundfeet (890 Nm) of torque. This is a significant increase over the 523 hp (390kW) and 553lb-ft (775 Nm) that were available in the stock 4.4-liter twin turbo V8.

The M850i can sprint to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.1 seconds. It also has a top speed of 199 mph (320 km/h). The stock coupe can reach 62 mph in 3.7 seconds, while the M850i hits 155 mph (250 km/h) at its maximum speed.

G-Power charges 2.481 euros ($2,831 according to current exchange rates) for the new engine software. The additional 4,155 euro ($4,742) for the upgraded stainless steel downpipes, catalytic converters, and improved engine software is an additional 4.155 euros. An additional 500 euros ($570) is charged for the code that increases the top speed above the standard limit.

G-Power offers five sets of Hurricane forged wheels with five double spokes as an aesthetic upgrade. These 21-inch pieces measure 9 inches wide from the front to 10.5 inches at the back. For a complete set, they cost 7,521 Euros ($8,577)

The M8 will use an modified version of the M850i’s twin-turbo, 4.4-liter V8 when it arrives in 2019. It should produce at least 600 horsepower (447 kW) and possibly even more than the M5 Competition’s 617 horsepower (460 kW). Rumours suggest that the M8 Competition might have 630 horsepower (470 kW).
