Geariodic Table Of Colors presents The Car World's Most Infamous Hues

We understand that you would like to paint your spare bedroom in British Racing Green.

It is not surprising that national racing colors have been a standard in the automotive industry for a long time. It’s easy to see British Racing Green, Italian Racing Red and German Racing Silver. The automotive industry has a wider range of colors than just the traditional national shades. Peter Vardy, an automotive retailer, has created a complete periodic table of paint colors that are associated with automobile manufacturers.

White and silver are often associated with more modest vehicles. But there is more to it than meets the eye. Silver paintwork has been a hallmark of the automotive industry, such as the McLaren F1 or the R34 Nissan GT-R. Aston Martin is another honorable mention for its Silver Birch color.

We were surprised to find that gray is the most widely used color in the world, given all of the options. According to the article, gray cars accounted for 22.6 percent of all registrations last year. The article highlighted Audi’s Nardo Grey as well as Volkswagen’s choice of gray. According to Peter Vardy’s website, Volkswagen’s gray is a standard color for the VW Golf.

Many people will imagine a Lamborghini when the color yellow is mentioned in the automotive industry. After navigating through the more mundane colors, it was easy to see the lesser-known cars. The Volvo 850 T5R’s history is not well-known. Its cream-yellow color is a little different from the T5R.

Volvo raced in the British Touring Car Championship using its 850 wagon. It had mixed results. The wagon was not the first time anyone had attempted touring car racing. The 850 was a mid-pack success story thanks to the Tom Walkinshaw Racing team’s creative input. It also achieved several excellent results.
