You get tilting solar panels, hidden showers, and wood trim for $190,000.

Are you tired of camper vans in one shade of black or white? This van embraces wood. We’re not talking fake wood wrap. This van has real cedar sides and more wood inside if you look through the portholes. Friends, let’s see the Landship camper with nautical theme. It is indeed for sale.

Shane and Nick created this clever camper van. They combined years of #vanlife and professional-grade carpentry to create it. The foundation is a
Ford Transit 350 all-wheel drive with a shorter 148 inch wheelbase. It is compact and easy to maneuver, but has all the amenities you would expect from larger campers, including a full-sized kitchen, sleeping accommodation for four, ample storage, lots of electricity and even a bathroom with a standing shower in an unlikely location. We’ll get to that later. The large solar panel is visible from the outside, aside from the porthole windows and wood trim. The panel is capable of producing 750 watts. However, the panel can be tilted up to 90 degrees to capture more energy from the sun. The panel’s effectiveness can be doubled by tilting up to 90 degrees. All of this can be monitored via controls in the van. A large storage area is located beneath the panel and can be used for relaxation on a roof terrace.

The interior is what really sets the Landship apart among other vans. The interior is adorned with a nautical theme and features incredible woodwork. The kitchen features an induction stove, a copper sink and a refrigerator. The L-shaped living area features a walnut table that can be removed and mounted on a swivel arm. It’s used as both a dining space and a workstation. This space can also be converted to a bunk-bed arrangement, with the upper portion converting to a queen-size bed while the lower section converts into a full-size bed. A small garage area is located at the rear of the van. There’s also an external shower.

How about the shower in the bathroom? It’s located towards the front, at the side entrance. The wood floor transitions seamlessly from walnut to waterproof teak. It’s also angled to direct water to the drain. The shower rod and the shower curtain rod are mounted in the ceiling. This creates an airtight space. The shower curtain rod can be used to create a small space for the composting toilet. The van can carry 32 gallons of water. However, the shower system has a clever recycling system that uses UV light and filters. Continuous showers can be taken with just 4.5 gallons of water if the system is activated. The Landship can be used in four seasons with heat, air conditioning and thermal curtains. The van’s solar panel can charge a 24-volt 300Ah lithium battery. There are also shore power options. It is one of the most impressive and interesting camper van designs we have seen. The van is listed at $190,000. This can afford larger campers. We don’t think you’ll see another van like it.
