GMC offers employee pricing for all models, but not on all models

You may be looking for a new vehicle, specifically a truck and SUV. GMC now offers employee pricing. Don’t let your dreams of owning a new Sierra vehicle in your driveway get in the way of your finances.

GMC will offer special pricing through August for the Canyon and Yukon. This is according to GM Authority. For those who need a cargo van, or more seats than an SUV can provide, the Savana is also available at employee pricing according to em>GM Authority/em>. The deal excludes all GMC Sierra pickup trims, and the compact Terrain SUV.

What does employee pricing actually mean? It’s a rate that is usually only available to employees of General Motors and their families. Although the price will vary depending on the model, it is usually well below MSRP. Sometimes, employee pricing can be combined with other incentives from automakers. GMC is currently advertising a 2020 Canyon Denali Crew Cab 4WD at a price cut of $3,504 for employees. It also comes with a $1500 purchase allowance, which makes it a total of $5,004 less than the sticker price

There is a lot of fine print that you should read before signing. The reduced pricing may not apply to certain trims of the vehicles mentioned, and discounts could vary by region. The advertised discounts are based upon a specific MSRP. So while $7,575 seems great on a 2020 GMC Yukon it is based on an expensive Denali model with a MSRP of more than $78,000.

It’s still an opportunity for those who are in the market to make deals. In the United States, employee pricing is available until August 31st.
