Delivery will begin in the next year.
Three years ago, the Hennessey Venom was introduced. It is now almost ready to be released. After the vehicle has been thoroughly tested, deliveries of the hypercar Hennessey are scheduled to begin next year. Hennessey claims that the F5 can reach speeds of 311 miles an hour (500 km per hour).
Hennessey will offer the F5 five driving modes: Sport, Track Drag, Drag, Wet and F5. Only the F5 setting can access the car’s maximum power. Each setting alters the car’s power delivery, brakes, and traction. Hennessey transfers power through a seven speed semi-automatic gearbox, to the rear wheels. This is 345/50 Michelin Pilot Cup Sport 2 rubber wrapped around 20 inch wheels. Front features 265/35 tires and 19-inch forged aluminium wheels. Michelin will test the tires to determine the Venom F5’s speed and load.
The mill weighs 617 pounds (289 kgs) and features an all-new cast iron block, aluminum cylinder head, and an aggressive road cam. The unique intake manifold design places the intercooler between plenum and the cylinder heads, helping to reduce intent air temperatures. It also maximizes power. The exhaust system is made of Inconel and stainless steel, and treated with Cerakote. This material is used in gun barrels to prevent heat damage. Hennessey uses the same material to cover the engine bay and rear deck.
Hennessey will offer an upgrade to the F5 – the Track Pack. This adds a more aggressive front spoiler and replaces the rear spoiler by a wing. The brakes are 15.35 inches in carbon-ceramic and have 6-piston front and 4-piston rear discs. From $1.8 million, the starting price has increased to $2.1million. Hennessey says that the Venom F5 is “marginally larger” than the Venom GT. This means it measures 183.7 inches (4 666 millimeters). Delivery will begin in the next year.
