The storage area at the front houses a refrigerated section that can be used to transport organs and blood for transplantation. A defibrillator onboard can save those with heart problems.

Lamborghini has had a close relationship with the Polizia. The company donated a Huracan in 2015 to the Highway Patrol of Rome. The Italian automaker donated a Gallardo in 2008 to the police force. This replaced two other examples of the model that had performed similar duties for the officers. It must have been a highly sought-after job for officers to be allowed to drive one.
