It would not cost much to bring a new Jaguar SUV to market, considering Jaguar’s sister brand Land Rover has plenty of platforms. Tata Motors, the parent company of Jaguar, has not yet built the model. However, it would be a strong competitor to the Porsche Cayenne and BMW X5.
Jaguar appears to be focusing on adding more sporty models to their lineup. Recent reports have mentioned a production Jaguar C-X16 model. It may also be joined possibly by a flagship sports car that can compete with the Porsche 911 Turbo.
