The brand’s entry-level model, the E-Pace, will be available for the model year 2021.

Jaguar updated its smallest sedan in February 2013. The 2020 model will not be available for purchase in the United States. It was subject to revisions. The automaker confirmed this just hours after it had announced the end of the XF Sportbrake.

Jaguar stated that 2020 will be the final year for the Jaguar XE sedan in the US, in a statement sent to us by Roadshow. British automaker, British Automaker, acknowledged that customers should look at the new XF sedan Instead, it “offers superior quality to entry-luxury sedan customers.”

The price stickers for the two sedans show a substantial discordance between the XE base prices and the XF. The 2020 XE is $40,950 with a $1,050 destination fee, while the 2021XF starts at $45,145 with a $1,150 destination charge.

The manufacturer has the option of making the E-Pace crossover the “new entry point to Jaguar brand” but it starts at $41,000 with a $1,050 destination fee. This makes it $50 less expensive than the XE.

After 2020, the compact sports sedan will not be the only Jaguar to go. The XF Sportbrake has also been removed, despite the extensive redesign of this stylish wagon. Why? It doesn’t sell well here. It’s just like the XE sedan, which is far behind its segment competitors, BMW 3 Series, Mercedes-Benz C-Class and Audi A4.
