It’s a celebrity stealth transport.
While we’re used to seeing high-performance machines around Jay Leno we also see comedians and car enthusiasts who have a preference for American luxury. This Lincoln Navigator was a mildly modified and arrived in Las Vegas to be displayed at the SEMA Show. You’re right if you think that such a machine is too small for the madness of SEMA. Lincoln offers a lot of customization and personalization through its Black Label line. This celebrity-ordered SUV takes it a step further.
The Black Label Yacht Club theme is what the posh Navigator begins with. It features a Chroma Crystal Blue exterior and more blue inside, in contrast light and dark shades. Galpin Motors & Auto Sports Van Nuys added customizations that Lincoln says are “on-point” with the brand. The exterior gets a two-tone paint job with dark tinted windows. This is a Hollywood essential feature that will hide you from the paparazzi. The exterior features a toned-down chrome look and the Navigator has distinctive turbine wheels. The interior features the same color accents as the exterior, plus a little more leather in the cockpit.
Robert Parker, Lincoln’s director of marketing, sales and service, said that Lincoln Navigator is a strong brand. It is instantly identifiable as a Lincoln, even after it has been customized.
Although the powertrain of the SUV is unmodified, it is a great option for those who already have a car with a tank engine. The 450 horsepower of the EcoBoost V6 makes the Navigator a formidable vehicle.
Through November 2, the new Leno-approved Navigator will be stationed at SEMA with the former talk-show host.
