Jeep Has A Jurassic World Dominion Pet Dinosaur

An international marketing campaign is being launched by the automaker in connection with the blockbuster film franchise.

The Jurassic Park movie franchise, which has been bringing dinosaurs to life for nearly 20 years now, is a great success. Jurassic World Dominion will end the story. It will be in theaters June 9. Jeep is now ready to take the Wrangler on one more ride with the dinos. They are in it.

This is the core of a global marketing campaign Jeep that is being launched in conjunction with the likely highest-grossing movie of 2022. It’s a simple campaign. A one-minute video shows the owner of a new Jeep Wrangler adopting a baby dinosaur as his pet. We are forced to admit that the adorable young dinosaur, who is sleeping in the Wrangler, is a naughty dino-dad. Then momma comes and destroys everything.

This video might make you think that it features a mother T-Rex and a baby T-Rex. Carnotaurus is a real theropod dinosaur thought to have lived during the Late Cretaceous period. It is believed to be a T-Rex-like dinosaur, but there are very few fossils. Also, Carnotaurus was never digitally recreated. Jeep claims that the Carnotaurus was created and brought to life for this commercial. It is its first appearance anywhere.

Jeep wants you to focus on your Wrangler, of course. Everybody remembers Jeff Goldblum’s character Ian Malcolm in the first film. He declared must go quicker while fleeing an angry T-Rex from his Jeep Wrangler. Jeep vehicles and Goldblum will feature in Jurassic Park Dominion. While chatting with Motor1.com about the topic, Christian Meunier, CEO of Jeep, stated that the company was “very keen” to offer special edition Jeeps related the movie. It remains to be seen if this leads to actual models that people can purchase, Meunier could not confirm.

Meunier stated that “The Jeep brand has significantly expanded over the past three decades since the appearance of the Wrangler’s first appearance in the Jurassic Park movie.” We have expanded our production footprint globally, entered new SUV segments and launched our 4xe electrified portfolio, which includes the Wrangler4xe. This allows the Jeep brand to develop the most durable and capable 4×4 vehicles on the planet, fulfilling the needs of the expanding Jeep community.
