Ford and Tesla were also included in the comprehensive list.
It’s not hard to see that Detroit-based companies under the Stellantis umbrella, namely Dodge, Dodge and Jeep, love tugging at patriotic American hearts. The Dodge brand is a burnout, and Dodge Hellcatting every model means that it may as well sell apple pie with each new car. Ram’s Built to Serve Editionpickups literally have American flags on their beds. According to the Brand Keys Survey, Jeep is the most patriotic brand.
This ranking doesn’t only focus on the automotive industry. The Brand Keys patriotic survey covers all all sectors, including online services, TV networks, sports, and retail chains. This is a sampling of the brands that are under Jeep: Walmart, Disney, Ford and Amazon were at number two, third, fourth, and fifth respectively. The New York Times was at number five. Harley-Davidson ranked 14th, while Teslajust tied for 30th. The list does not include any other automotive-related companies. 5,804 people aged 16-65 were included in the survey. Brand Keys claims that the survey sample was balanced in terms of gender and political affiliation. It was drawn from the nine US Census regions. The survey included 1,172 brands, 50 of which were chosen as the most patriotic. Because many brands are tied in rankings, the list does not include 30 positions.
Robert Passikoff, President of Brand Keys, stated that “the state of the market and the world have changed fundamental tenets consumer loyalty and perceptions about patriotism generally and within brands.” “The movement of brands up and below the annual list has been relatively modest.” Although brands can move around on the list, Brand Keys claims that Jeep has remained number 1 since 2003 when the first study was published.
