The Bronco has a worthy competitor
The Wrangler’s launch at the LA Auto Show in November 2017 has shown that a half-door version was on the horizon. The American automaker displayed two concepts with plexiglass windows and promised that they would be available in 2019. These spy shots prove that mock-ups could be a reality.
The Ford Bronco is getting ready to break the internet. Jeep is eager to be there. The new machine will likely feature plexiglass, which is a welcome change from the previous half-door with fabric windows. They were originally branded as a “conceptual” item along with the Jeepster. However, things look promising.
This news follows the announcement that Jeep made last year about the 6.4-liter HEMIV8 powered Rubicon 392 Concept. The more powerful model displayed the four-door configuration with the stiffer split-door design.
The exterior design of the vehicle, except for the doors, has not changed much. It will be familiar territory for past owners, so we’ll let you decide if that’s a good or bad thing. It’s not a stable strategy. Anyone can recognize a Jeep from the outside.
It’s obvious that this vehicle can do anything, even if you don’t want to compete with Bronco vs Wrangler. This thing can blaze through any weather, rain or shine, snow, ice or whatever it may be, without breaking a sweat.
