Motor1 is a close Jeep enthusiast. Although we don’t own one, we enjoy reading about them and shopping for them. This video was actually made by Quadratec while we were looking for parts for our “dream builds”.

We think this is a great idea. While we would love to keep our Jeeps in their original condition, we won’t want them to be damaged by the paint and body of vehicles we owe the bank thousands of dollars. (We write about cars as a profession – we don’t have the cash to pay up front).
These panels can be ordered in a variety of designs and are as easy to install than a Auto refrigerator magnet. Make sure your Jeep’s surface is dry and clean. Remember, the goal is to prevent scratches.
These panels will fit all Jeep Wrangler model years 1996 through 2018. (Sorry JL owners! But we are sure yours will soon be). Fitment problems may arise due to some models’ special badges. However, help is just a hairdryer or a hobby knife away.
There are many options for panels, including the American flag, Rocky Mountains or our favourite, a classic wood design that is reminiscent of the Jeep Grand Wagoneer. The magnets can be installed correctly and should hold the body at highway speeds.
These panels will not protect your Jeep against big dents or deep gouges but they are a stylish and clever way to avoid small scrapes.
