Kia Carnival India Gets a 30-Day Return Policy With 95-Percent Refund

Are you unhappy with your new minivan? Kia will refund you if you send it back.

Kia took its time to get into India. It wasn’t until 2017, however, that it opened a shop in the country’s second-largest population. The Carnival, the Sonet and Seltos crossovers are all available. All of these products are made in India. This minivan is built on the third-generation model, rather than the brand-new MPV that was launched recently around the globe. The Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme allows owners to return their family hauler within 30 days and receive 95 percent of the money back. Autocar According to reports, Kia is the first Indian brand to offer this program. However, there are some catches. First, the vehicle must have a minimum of 1,500 km (932 miles) on its odometer. Second, the Carnival must be in perfect condition, with no “damages, failures or pending claims.”
Not only does the reimbursement cover 95 percent of the vehicle’s cost, but also any costs associated with registering the car or paying dealer fees. To be eligible, the customer must return all vehicle documentation. The Carnival must also be registered under the original owner’s name. Private buyers are not eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme, even if they have financed the vehicle.

The minivan was sold in India for more than 6,200 units during its first year. 60% of these were the top-of-the-line Limousine model. Kia will launch a smaller seven-seat people-mover in 2022. It will be built on the same platform that underpins the Seltos crossover. The minivan will also be made locally. Export plans are in place for the minivan.
