After hitting a bus in Hefei in Anhui Province, China, a Lamborghini Aventador was in an accident.
Initial reports indicate that the driver of the Aventador, which was painted in Arancio Argos, tried to pass a car but pulled too far to the right and collided with an approaching bus. The deployed rear wing suggests that the driver of Aventador was speeding, as the rear wing automatically deploys at speeds of over 50 mph (80 km/h).
The driver of the LP700-4 was able to escape without serious injuries. A few passengers and the bus driver were also taken to the hospital, but they did not sustain any serious injuries. The supercar appears beyond repair as it sustained severe damage to its front suspension, and the roof appears slightly out of place.
The Aventador was not being driven with an illegal license plate at the time of the accident. Insurance companies won’t cover the damages.
