Worldwide, only 10 units will be available of this limited edition model.
Lamborghini won the Nurburgring lap records over the Porsche 911 GT2 RS. We didn’t know that the Italian brand is celebrating another important event – the 10th anniversary of Lamborghini Squadra Corse’s Super Trofeo single-make racing series.
To commemorate the event, Lamborghini introduced an ultra-limited-edition variant of the Huracan Super Trofeo Evo production car: the Huracan Super Trofeo Evo 10th Edition. To commemorate each year of motorsport racing on three continents, only 10 units will be produced of this collector’s item supercar.
“The Huracan Super Trofeo Evo 10th Edition, a tribute to our traditions, is a new manifestation the synergy between Squadra Corse, the R&D Department. Motorsport allows us the opportunity to perfect the product which, in turn, is the basis for the future racing cars. These are two spirals which intertwine indissolubly to create the Lamborghini DNA,” stated Maurizio Reggiani (Automobile Lamborghini Chief Tech Officer).
The Huracan Super Trofeo Evo 10th Edition has a matte gray finish that reflects Roger Dubuis’ livery. It is accented with glossy mantis-green aerodynamic appendages, and a tricolored band. This color theme highlights the Super Trofeo Evo’s sculpted forms and showcases its extreme aerodynamics.
The Huracan Super Trofeo Evo 10th Edition’s exclusivity is not reflected in the customer’s body paint. The special edition car’s owners will be given a numbered plate, “One of Ten”, a certificate of origin signed and signed by Stefano Domenicali (Automobili Lamborghini Chairman & Chief Executive Officer), Maurizio Reggiani and Giorgio Sanna (“Head of Lamborghini Motorsport”), and a race suit custom-tailored by OMP.
The car’s performance is not significantly improved by the new ECU mapping. It only increases the 620 horsepower of 5.2L V10 to 603. It will come with the standard Super Trofeo Evo configuration such as six-speed sequential X-Trac gearbox, Bosch Motorsport ABS, Motec Traction Control, Pirelli P Zero DHD2 tyres and an Alcantara-upholstered dashboard.
Huracan Super Trofeo Evo 10,th Edition was not priced but it is a collector’s edition at $295,000 for an Italian supercar. You can see the difference.
