It won’t be a mix, but don’t worry.
We heard rumors earlier this month about Lamborghini’s plans for launching a performance Urus SUV, but we were not given any details. Jonny Lieberman from Motor Trend says that the super-SUV, tentatively named the Urus Performante will be launched in two years. It will have more power, lighter weight and aerodynamic improvements. Our artists were asked to create a model and they created this brutal, high-riding Lambo.
The front is where most of the visual changes are concentrated. We find a completely redesigned fascia with large air intakes in bumper and large diffuser. The skirts are now more aggressive and there is an Italian flag stripe just above them. The wheel arches are larger and there is a set of larger Yspoke wheels covered in Pirelli’s performance Pirelli tires. A new fixed spoiler is located at the back.
The mechanical upgrades will not include a hybrid powertrain. Instead, the performance Urus will use a large-displacement internal combustion motor. Rambo Lambo currently has a twin-turbocharged, 4.0-liter V8 that produces 641 horsepower (478kilowatts) as well as 627 pound-feet (685 Newton-meters), mated with an eight-speed auto. These numbers are impressive and we’re eager to see what the potential Urus Performante can do. It is likely that it will continue with the existing V8.
New Urus Versions Available:
Expect to see suspension adjustments and possibly larger brakes in addition to the increased power. You can also modify the interior with new sports seats, which feature a lot of carbon fiber and heavy bolsters.
Although we are still waiting on confirmation from Urus, we anticipate hearing more over the next few weeks.
