The new designation is ‘HST’ for a range of sports upgrades to Land Rover Freelander 2 or Range Rover Sport ranges. The HST is the flagship model of the respective models. It builds on the existing range-topping HSE-specced vehicles and features exterior styling upgrades as well as an improved cabin. The HST model is an enhancement to the range, which sold more than 18,000 units last year. The HST is priced at PS31,990 and comes with a Sports Styling Pack that includes front and rear aprons, a rear spoiler, and 19-inch alloys. The HST FR2 also features a shadowchrome finish and tinted glasses. Leather seat facings are included.
The Range Sport HST is priced at PS59,895 with the option of speccing on either TDV8 or Supercharged petrol models. It also features similar upgrades that elevate the Range Rover Sport to a more sporty, generously-specced version. The Range Sport comes equipped with 20-inch Stormer’ alloy wheels, a new bumper design front, rear, tailgate spoiler, and rectangular exhaust pipes. The interior enhancements include an electric sunroof and privacy glass, as well as premium leather seats that can be upgraded at no additional cost to Sports or Alcantara leather seats. Both models will be available starting in March.
