Fiat will host an evening of entertainment in London this Month, culminating with the launch of the 500 at 440ft on British Airways’ London Eye.

Fiat will host an evening of entertainment at London’s Eye this month. This will culminate in the launch of the new500 at 440ft. The launch will take place at 8.00 pm on January 21st. It will exactly 500 hours following the spectacular fireworks display that was launched from the Eye just three weeks ago to celebrate the New Year.

The Fiat 500 will be parked in one of the Eye’s capsules and entertained by a fantastic light show’ and a host of top presenters and celebrities, as well as live performances by a ‘top music band’. Elena Bernardelli (Fiat UK Marketing Director) says, “We at FIAT are dedicated to making the country smile throughout the night.”

The Fiat 500, 2008 Car of the Year will be available to order starting January 21st at PS7,900. There will be three trim levels – Pop, Sport, and Lounge – as well as three engine options – 1.2 petrol or 1.3 Multijet diesel, and 1.4-litre petrol. The price for upgrades to either engine or specification is PS1,400 each. The range will be completed by the PS10 700 Sport and Lounge trims 1.3 Multijet and 1.5-litre models.
