It looks good, including the price, history, as well as its overall condition. But there is one problem.
Celebrities once owned cars, which is a good thing, even though it’s rare. However, this news is still great for fans who would love to be able to meet their idols. This isn’t necessarily bad. I would do anything to purchase a car Michael Schumacher drove.
Many celebrity-owned cars were previously put up for sale, including Daniel Craig’s Aston Martin Vanquish and Elvis Presley’s 1971 Mercedes-Benz 280SEL. Even Putin’s 1995 Mercedes-Benz S-Class S600 Pullman Guardian was up for sale once with a price tag of $1,351,740 (which has presumably been sold since it is no longer in use).
One of the most prominent cars on the market for private ownership caught our eye. autotrader.co.uk has the tab for a 2015 Mercedes-Maybach S600 luxury sedan. This is a British-based used car listings site. Who was its previous owner? Reigning Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton.
Its price tag is not a ripoff, which is a great thing. It has a asking price of $142,350 (PS104 9,990), which is quite reasonable considering its history.
Best part? The best part? Lewis Hamilton’s S600 is new, which is not surprising. It is highly unlikely that the four-time world champion would drive this car, or even take the wheel. Because Hamilton drives for Mercedes, it’s safe to assume this S600 is the best-maintained S-Class anywhere. Is it really what the company wants for their champion to drive a junky car?
Hamilton’s Mercedes-Maybach S600 pre-loved Mercedes-Maybach S600 is a great deal at its current price and with 27500 miles on it’s odometer. The car comes from the United Kingdom in right-hand drive configuration. If you are from a country that drives on the right side (such as the U.S.), or you don’t like the oncoming traffic, you’ll need to spend more money to convert the car to left-hand drive, if it’s possible.
