It can be ordered in any color, as long as it is this menacing Graphite Black.
While the UX small cross-over will be the most prominent at Lexus’ stand at the Geneva Motor Show in Geneva, Toyota’s luxury division will also make a debut in Switzerland. Black Edition will be available for the RC 300h F Sport specification. This is a way to make this elegant coupe even more attractive.
The fancy version will go on sale in the U.K. starting May 1. It will be available in this Graphite Black shade, with a metallic finish, and complemented by the 19 inch F sport matte black wheels. Dark chrome is used for the corporate spindle grille. This theme can also be seen on the new round LED fog lights, which are different from the other RC models.
Lexus also made changes to the interior of the car. The 300h F Sport Black Edition features black leather seats and steering wheel. Contrasting orange stitching is also visible on the doors. The coupe’s headliner is now available in black, and new wood trim inserts are available. These inserts have a deep black color due to Sumi ink staining.
The Lexus 300h is based on the F Sport Premier Pack model. It comes with all the amenities you would expect from a car this price range. You get a 17.3-inch infotainment screen, Mark Levinson surround sound system and LED headlights. There is also a Lexus Safety System+ active safety function and driver assistance functions.
It doesn’t have any powertrain modifications, so the 2.5-liter gasoline engine is paired up with an electronic motor to produce 220 horsepower (163 kilowatts), and 221 Newton-meters (163 pounds-feet) of torque.
The new special edition will cost you PS45,165 in the U.K. This works out to approximately $62,100 at current exchange rate. It will be displayed at the 88 th Geneva Motor Show, along with the previously mentioned UX.
