This kit is for those who like large fenders.
Japan’s Liberty Walk designers don’t believe in subtlety. Body kits for the company always have large, cartoonishly drawn fender extensions. These kits often include large front intakes and large wings. These elements are not left out of the Toyota 86 or Subaru BRZ components.
This kit makes it easy to stealthily drive an 86 or BRZ. It includes a huge front splitter that extends from the front. This makes it easy to scratch any bump. It is surrounded by a wide intake.
The vehicle’s three quarters view is dominated by bulky fenders. Although the design is downward-sloping, it would seem to make it more difficult to fit wide wheels into the wells. The Liberty Walk does not appear to touch the coupe’s sides sills which makes the flares seem larger.
Liberty Walk, which is located at the rear, shows two wings that show the BRZ and 86 off. One of the wings is a high-rise design inspired by motorsports. Another option is the ducktail unit, which seems a bit more subtle but not much.
The kit is completed by Liberty Walk’s ultra-wide wheels. These wheels feature five pairs of forked spokes in a matte finish with gloss rims. The center cap can be either a matte black Liberty Walk emblem or a metallic Japanese flag.
The Japanese text in the above info seems to indicate that the body kit and wheels will be available in July. Just in time to install the parts and show off the extreme look on the street.
Patients can purchase a new generation BRZ or 86 instead of this kit. They are expected to arrive around 2021. The new 2.4-liter four-cylinder boxer four-cylinder will replace the 2.0-liter engine. Also, the revisions will include a lower center-of-gravity. The Subaru version would include the EyeSight suite, which provides driver assistance tech.
