The production version will be available later in the year, but it is only for China.
China is a huge market for luxury sedans. Many automakers around the globe offer China-specific models as well as luxury saloons. Lincoln has revealed the Zephyr Reflection at 2020 Auto Shanghai. This sleek and modern concept previews the production version the company will unveil later in the year. Lincoln created the vehicle exclusively for China.
Although the Zephyr Reflection has a familiar Lincoln look it has been completely reworked to make it unique. The prominent Lincoln badge is at the front, positioned against a new grille featuring a starburst design that emphasizes the bold badge. The badge is framed by chrome strips that reach the sleek headlights, before merging into a bold body line across the sedan’s side and front. The new bumper is sporty and has a big fake? Intakes are pushed to the corners.
Lincoln provides the interior with a panoramic screen, which spans the entire width of the vehicle. It houses the instrument cluster as well as a large infotainment screen. The whole setup is composed of three screens. The Zephyr features Lincoln’s new human machine interface language Constellation. It is available in three themes, Normal, Sport, or Zen. Specific details on the tech are not available at this time.
The interior is minimalistic, with the prominent instrument panel feature being the touch-based gear selector. The center console is located below that, with a sleek controller and more capacitive buttons. There’s also a storage cubby in the front.
It doesn’t look wild so it’s not clear how much the design will change between now, and when the production version is revealed. It’s unlikely that it will change much from the outside or inside. Lincoln unveiled the Zephyr Reflection at Auto Shanghai 20,21 along with the Lincoln Corsair, which joins the company’s Chinese lineup.
