Phillip Plein, a German fashion designer, is still in collaboration.
Mansory has returned to making extravagant versions luxury cars. One of the creations of the German tuner, who has made a name for himself by making premium vehicles head-turning, was converted by Mansory last year.
Mansory, a German fashion designer Phillip Plein, has transformed the Mercedes AMG G63 into an extravagant SUV. It was called the Star Trooper and caught the attention of many motoring enthusiasts including Shmee, the YouTube sensation. Mansory used the same formula for the AMG G63 to create a new variant of the SUV. Star Trooper Pickup Edition basically is a truck version the ridiculous G63 with all the upgrades the tuner has made it before. These updates include gray camouflage and 24-inch alloys with red LEDs.The Star Trooper Pickup Edition interior gets the same treatment that its five-door counterpart. This includes camo-printed leather trims, red accents, and the famous red star-studded headliner. This one is only for two people, and the rear cabin can be converted into a cargo bed.
. Although Mansory did not disclose power numbers on its website we believe it will be similar to its SUV counterpart. Mansory can update the AMG G63’s twin-turbo V8 4.0L to 850 horsepower and 1,000 Newton meters (737 pound-feet) torque with larger turbos and a high-performance exhaust and a remapped ECU. Mansory has not yet revealed the price of its Mansory Star Trooper G63 pickup edition. However, these mods aren’t cheap. Last year’s non-pickup edition sold for $613,000. This one should be in the same range.
