Maserati Ghibli Ribelle debuts with a Stealthy Black Look

The exterior is adorned with dark red brake discs and wheels.

Maserati gives Ghibli a darker look in the Ribelle edition, which goes on sale in Europe this October. Only 200 units will be made by the Italian brand. These tweaks result in a stylish and elegant Italian sedan that can be used to make an entry at major events.

Ribelle in Italian means “rebellious”, and the Ghibli special shows this rebellious attitude by wearing Nero Ribelle mica dark paint. The 19-inch wheels have a black finish, but the spokes are accented with dark red details. To keep the exterior from becoming too monochromatic, the brake calipers come in a shade crimson.

Interior, sections of the dashboard and doors are covered in ruby-colored leather (see above). Black-dyed hides are also available for some contrast. The center console has Black Piano wood trim and a plaque identifying this car as the Ribelle Edition.

Buyers can choose to add the Ribelle Plus package, which includes Harman Kardon stereo, Harman Kardon stereo, and LED Matrix adaptive headlights.

All of the Ghibli powertrain options are available in the Ribelle edition. Customers can choose from a gas-powered 3.0-liter twin-turbo engine V6 that produces 345 horsepower (257kilowatts), or 424 hp (312 kW). A diesel-fueled, 371-hp 3.0-liter twin turbo V6 is also available. The Ghibli is available with either an 8-speed automatic or rear-wheel-drive configurations, regardless of engine choice.
