Maserati MC20 gets an Aftermarket Body Kit before it even goes on sale

You know the drill.

The Maserati MC20 looks fantastic. Although it debuted in September 2020 we have seen cars with some strange camouflage since early March 2021. It’s a little strange to take a tester on the track after a debut, but it is possible. Guess Maserati’s supercar has this effect on the rest of the world.

Nevertheless, a small body kit called Aria for the MC20 is being developed. It’s a very attractive one. It’s from a New York company called 7 Designs We don’t blame anyone if they don’t make all the changes immediately. The MC20 has not been seen in public except for a handful of press photos. It isn’t a familiar design. 7 Designs, on the other hand, has a more refined approach to dressing up MC20. This is a refreshing change in an aftermarket filled with supercars and their extravagant wings. Experiment with taste.

7 Designs does not inject wings and scoops into its Aria design, however. The details of the kits are not available but you can’t miss the larger front splitter as well as the winglets on front fascia. The MC20 has a flatter stance thanks to the side skirts. Quarter panels have modestly shaped scoops. A small scoop is found on the roof, and there’s also a small wing at its back. It is mounted on a new rear fascia with an aggressive diffuser, relocated exhaust finishers and appears to be in the same spot as a license plate.

These are only things that we can see. 7 Designs describes the Aria project as a “carbon overhaul” and has a form people can use to express interest. The MC20 already looks great, and this kit adds some aggression to its 621-horsepower (463 kilowatts) twin-turbocharged3.0-liter V6. Maserati claims that the MC20 can reach 62 mph in 2.9 seconds, and top out at 200 mph.

While it’s not clear if there will be any cost or availability, one thing is certain . The Aria will be the most rare upgrade after the MC20 reaches dealers.
