We love cabin upgrades more than the exterior.
The Mazda CX-3 has been discontinued. This is in addition to Mazda6, which was announced in May . The small crossover is still available in Japan, where there were a few improvements and updates. The most important thing is that the CX-3 receives a new super edgy model in the Land of the Rising Sun.
The “Super Edgy” version is a special edition of the CX-3. It features a variety of design upgrades that make it stand out from the rest. We love the cabin upgrades that we see in the gallery.
The CX-3 Super Edgy has a two-tone exterior with the upper portion painted black from the pillar. The body’s lower section is finished in glossy black. This includes the set of wheels. Mazda wants to create a fluid and dynamic feel with the glossy black color.
The body is available in four colors, including the new addition of Platinum Quartz Metallic. The new paint color is now available in Japan for the CX-8 as well as the Mazda2.
Mazda has a black interior with prominent white inserts on the dashboard, door trims and back seats. Mazda claims that copper accents are used to decorate the central part of the backrest, the seat surface and the air conditioner louver rings. These add elegance and sex appeal.
To complete the cabin experience, the seats have been fitted with artificial leather inserts made of suede-like material.
Based on the powertrain options and drivetrain, the Mazda CX-3 Super Edgy costs between 2,491,500 yen ($21.800) and 3,212,000 yen ($28,200).
