Tesla is the top model-specific satisfaction survey winner.

A similar feature was featured in Consumer Reports , which we recently discussed. Tesla was the winner of the annual brand satisfaction survey, with Infiniti finishing at bottom. It’s now time to examine satisfaction for individual models. This year, Tesla was again on top with a Japanese brand at the bottom. It’s not Infiniti, but Mazda.

Consumer Reports states that the Mazda CX-3 scored lowest in satisfaction with specific models. The Nissan Kicks was not the only Japanese brand that scored low. It was followed by the Infiniti HTML60, and the QX50. The Jeep Compass rounds out the top five. The Model 3 is the most loved Tesla vehicle, and it’s the only one. The Model S, and Model Y claim the third and fourth places. The Kia Telluride is second, while Mazda takes fifth with the MX-5 Miata.

It covers cars from one to three years of age and includes a range of ownership aspects such as comfort, electronics, driving, and driving. Not all satisfaction scores can be attributed to reliability. As mentioned in the previous Consumer Reports satisfaction study, brands such as Tesla have been known to have quality control problems but still rank high. However, other brands with high reliability ratings, like Buick, can rank lower.

Tesla’s Model 3 and CX-3 models scored almost perfect in terms of driving experience and styling. While comfort was excellent, value was not far behind. The Mazda scored no particular high, even though styling and driving were top-notch. Comfort scored below 50 percent, which was the lowest score. Curiously, however, the Model 3 was slightly lower than the CX-3 in value.

The Corsair and Aviator are two other vehicles that rank high in this category. The Toyota Prius and Jeep Gladiator round out the top ten. The Nissan Pathfinder is sixth on the list, followed by the Chevy Trax and Infiniti Q50.
