McLaren names New York City its U.S. Headquarters

Six new U.S. dealers have been announced in major cities like Chicago and Beverly Hills. McLaren will be opening ten additional dealers in the region.

McLaren announced that its North American operations will now be based out of New York City.

McLaren Automotive Inc. will be establishing a network of dealers in New York City and expanding its customer base in North America from the new headquarters.

Six new dealerships have been announced as U.S. retailers points. These include McLaren Beverly Hills at Auto Gallery and McLaren Chicago. Tampa Bay, San Francisco and Greenwich are other cities that have dealerships. McLaren plans to open 10 dealerships across the region.

McLaren’s managing Director Antony Sheriff stated that the North American market is a great opportunity for McLaren. He also said it will serve as a benchmark for future business goals. It is not enough to own a car that delivers high-performance and is fun to drive. The car is only as exciting as its owner experience.

McLaren anticipates that 30 percent of its global sales will come from North America, but it must have a sufficient network to do this. It must also establish a relationship with customers that can provide the type of service that supercar buyers demand from dealers.

Next year, the McLaren MP4-12C 2012 will be on sale with prices between $225,000 to $250,000. In September, we will announce the full pricing details.
