The driver tried to do a celebratory burnout at the wedding but ended up making a fool of himself.
In such cases, there’s no need to be sarcastic. It is absurd to perform a burning on a road with many cars and people. If you are going to do it, even despite all the dangers, you should at least be able to recognize what you are doing. The Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe driver was not so fortunate. His desperate attempt to do a “celebratory burnerout” at a wedding turned out to be a failure.
7NEWS Australia reports that the incident occurred last Sunday at noon in Chester Hill, near Sydney. The whole incident was caught on camera by witnesses. We also have footage from the car that was taken by the passenger in the back. The poor rear-wheel drive coupe was damaged by several failed attempts to burn it out. It eventually burst into flames.
Although it’s not clear what caused the problem, it could have been that the oil got caught on fire and the gearbox was overheated. We can see a lot of smoke which leads us to believe that there was some kind of turbo or engine malfunction. The manufacturer warranty can be canceled if the driver abuses the car and tries to burnout the traction control. This is especially true considering there are videos demonstrating his reckless behavior.
According to a New South Wales Police Force Facebook post, Jean-Pierre Mouawad, 25, is facing negligent driving charges. After initially claiming that the AMG had caught fire as he drove down the road, he will appear in court to explain his actions.
According to local reports, he won the car through a raffle last year. He’ll probably never be able to drive it again since it was so badly damaged. Although firefighters rushed to the scene, this C63 won’t likely roar its V8 engine ever again.
