Since a long time, we know that the Mercedes AMG GT 4-Door lineup is getting a new range-topper. This will be in the form a hybrid model to go by the GT73e. The AMG GT73e, which will be the top-spec AMG GT73e, is expected to come with a hybrid-assisted, 4.0-liter twin turbo V8. It will produce a healthy 804 horsepower (680 kilowatts), and 738 pound-feet (1.001 Newton-meters), of power. The GT 63 S only produces 630 hp (470 kW).

The AMG GT4-Door Coupe lineup will be updated, with the AMG GT73e as an option. It is expected to arrive in the second half of 2021, and then become a 2022 model.
