Is it equipped with an upgraded exhaust system
It’s not the first time that we’ve seen the 2022 Lamborghini Countach. This is not the first time that we have heard it. This Varryx video is just under two minutes long. Car-crazy enthusiasts love the sound and sound of horsepower. This clip gives you a short but delicious V12 sound clip that’s the stuff of dreams.
This one is special. You can find many Lamborghini Aventador exhaust videos online. But this one is special. The 6.5-liter V12 engine is the same as the Aventador SVJ’s, but it also incorporates the hybrid supercapacitor set from the Sian to produce 803 horsepower (599 kilowatts). The Countach’s exhaust routing is different, as it’s an ode of the original quad outlets. So you can expect a slightly different sound than its siblings.
It’s about 15 seconds in to the video when we hear it. Modern Lambos are used to either sitting calmly or making piercing sounds in spacetime. The new Countach does not scream. It sounds more like the original, with some baritone clatter. This wasn’t an 8500 rpm, full-throttle blast. Perhaps there is some imagination due to the Countach’s retro design. For those of us who grew up with the OG supercar, this is a familiar and welcome sound.
The production of the new Lamborghini Countach has been limited to 112 units. Every single one is gone. This particular car may not be one of them, unless somebody decided that a gray nose was necessary and a different set wheels were needed. It is most likely a Countach test car, which could indicate that the sound we hear may not be factory stock. We hope it isn’t. If it is, we want to hear the car again.
We are going to need your forgiveness as we browse YouTube for classic Countach clips that will take us into the weekend.
