It’s a mini-SEMA that runs concurrently with 2022 New York Auto Show.
While the 2022 New York Auto Show has just begun, there is another show nearby that is arguably more exciting. While brand new and concept cars are certainly popular, a Chrysler Pacifica with Hellcat V8 under its hood is also a hot topic. A bright red Bronco classic, which was restored by an accomplished Hollywood actress, is another example.
This is what you will find at the inaugural New York Auto Parts Show sponsored by eBay Motors. It runs concurrently with the larger event. It’s a bit like the famous SEMA show. The parts are for the built-not bought crowd, while high-profile project cars will inspire you to finish your own.
What are our high-profile conversations? The Pacifica Hellcat might be familiar to you. In March, we reported that it was a work-in-progress by Tavarish. Emelia Hartford, a YouTuber known for her fast C8 Corvette, has an Toyota Prius, called the revamp. The standard hybrid engine is traded for a Honda V24a four-cylinder motor, coupled to a six speed manual. The show also features Hollywood in a special way. Motor1.com first reported last year on actress Sydney Sweeney restoring her 1969 Ford Bronco. While she was busy working on her classic off-roader, Sweeney also continued to appear in HBO’s Euphoria as well as other projects such The Voyeurs. She also shared the progress of her TikTok channel . This channel handles everything from suspension upgrades to welding and transmission repairs. Her last update was January 2022. However, we now see that the bright red Bronco has been completed and looks great.
The New York Auto Parts Show will open on April 14th at the Classic Car Club in Manhattan, Pier 76.
