Nissan 350Z NISMO Type 380RS

The 350Z NISMO was co-developed by Nissan and NISMO (Nissan Motorsports. This is the tuning and racing branch of Nissan). However, NISMO engineers from Japan didn’t rest on their laurels. They took over from Nissan and bore out the VQ35HR engine to make it a 3.0l engine. Then they added 44hp to get the 350Z (or Fairlady Z) to power. The Nissan 350Z Type 380RS, which is road legal and will only be available in 300 units, will cost you almost 5,5million yen. NISMO has thoroughly tested the engine during the Tokachi 24-hour races in 2006 as well as other long distance races during 2007. These are the engine specifications:
