Novitec Rosso transformed the Ferrari 488 GTB in to a rocket, hitting 100 kph only 2.8 seconds.

Ferrari’s biturbo 488 GTB already stands out with its V8 engine of 3.9-liters putting out 670 horsepower (492 Kilowatts) as well as 561 pound-feet (761 newton meters). Novitec Rosso’s aftermarket experts decided to show that there is room for improvement. They were able to extract 102 horsepower (76 kW), 97 lbft (132 Nm), and 772 HP (568 kW) from the engine. This gives them a total of 658 lbft (892Nm).

Novitec Rosso’s tuned488 GTB has significantly more power than the standard vehicle. It can sprint from 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 2.8 seconds. This makes it 0.2 seconds faster than the stock prancing horse. The series has also seen a significant increase in top speed, from 205 mph (330 km/h) to 220 mph (342 km/h).

The tuners worked with the V8’s electronics to make these numbers possible. They remapped the ignition and injection systems, and made changes to the electronic boost control. A new performance exhaust system has been added to the car, which provides a better sound quality that matches the biturbo engine’s extra power. Novitec Rosso says that engineers have improved the supercar’s throttle response. There’s also more intense in-gear acceleration, which allows for more performance regardless what gear you’re in.

A more aerodynamic body kit with many carbon fiber bits has been created to enhance the Ferrari488 GTB’s extra punch. Novitec Rosso’s hydraulic suspension has been given a dark tint to the rear lights. The car rides 40mm lower than it did before.

The 21-inch black forged wheels are finished with high-performance Pirelli rubbers. They measure 255/30 ZR21 at the front axle, and 325/25 ZR21 at the back. The tuner also offers 22-inch wheels with the corresponding tires, but these will be more expensive.

Although photos of the cabin are not available in this set, Novitec Rosso offers many customization options, including carbon fiber paddle shifters and a variety of leather and Alcantara upholstery.
