Novitec Upgrades Maserati Ghibli To 494 Horsepower

A set of 22-inch wheels can complement the subtle aerodynamic body kit.

Maserati’s 2018-2022 Product roadmap last week showed plans for an updated Ghibli. However, Novitec may have a solution if you don’t want to wait until the sedan’s midcycle refresh. The tuner’s complete aftermarket package includes everything you need, from an aerodynamic body kit and multiple power upgrades.

GranLusso, GranSport and Maserati sports sedans have been redesigned with new body parts and pieces. This was done in the wind tunnel to maximize aero efficiency. You will find subtle carbon fiber accents throughout the car, as well as a spoiler lip at its back and new alloy wheels of 22 inches with a five-spoke design. The new shoes are wrapped in 315/25 ZR22 Pirelli P Zero tires at both the front and back. Novitec will adjust the suspension to match the larger alloys. Optional springs for Ghibli SQ4 will bring it closer to the road. Novitec offers a wide range of interior customizations including leather, Alcantara and wood as well as carbon fiber. You have a wide range of upholstery options to choose from and a large selection of colors available for those with more extravagant requests. The Ghibli S can be upgraded to the series 430 horsepower (316 kilowatts) and develop 64 hp (47.5 kW) for an additional 494 hp (363kW). The torque is up by 80 Newton-meters (59-pound-feet), from 580 Nm (428lb-ft to 660Nm (487lb-ft). After reaching 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds, the AWD-equipped model can reach 296 kph. This is an increase of 286 kph.

Novitec is also able to play with the Ghibli’s 3.0-liter V6 Diesel diesel. It can extract 47 horsepower (35 kW), 80 Nm (59lb-ft), for a total 322 HP (237 kW), and 680 Nm (502lb-ft). The module that is tailored to the electronic active audio system will make the sprint time shorter by seven tenths to 5.6 seconds. It also produces a more pleasing exhaust note. You can choose to stick with a gasoline engine if you prefer. The base Ghibli can be raised from the standard 350 HP (257 kW), 500 Nm (369 Lb-ft), to the 412 HP (303 kW) or 590 Nm (435 Lb-ft).
