It is the largest company-wide move yet.
Camper projects exist and although full-fledge motorhomes may not always be an option for everyone, camper trailers that can be towable when they want are another option for weekend adventurers.
Many camper trailers provide a lot of space in small packages, while others offer huge towing capacity with large trailers. Australian company Bruder is one such company. Its latest product, the BruderEX-8, has the largest tow trailer in the range. It’s also packed with off-grid options for camping out in the wilderness.
The Bruder EX08 is a continuation of the EX-4, EX-6 and EX-6. It shares many of the same features as the former but has larger dimensions. Bruder describes it as a “truly 4 season 21st century global expiration platform”, with unique proportions and design.
Although we don’t yet have all the specifications, Bruder shared important information about the EX-8 that goes beyond the images on its website.
According to the company the EX-8 will include a 1,600W solar panel and 1,000Ah of lithium battery power. It also includes reverse osmosis, water purification, and water purification systems. Despite this, it is possible to remain disconnected from the outside world, particularly for unplanned extensions. The EX-8 comes with offroad chops. It includes a Bruder-branded 12-inch wheel-travel suspension with a 50:50 load split, and an auto-calibration that can be adjusted to different tow vehicles. There’s also a warning recovery winch and 37-inch tires wrapped around the wheels. A double-door system allows for quick access to the premium interior and direct access to the toilet.
