Lamborghini is now even more mean with the beastly Murcielago 670-4 SuperVeloce. From its 6.5 V12, the Lambo SV produces 670hp.
Lamborghini oversaw the return to SuperVeloce, or SV, as the brand’s old name. The Murcielago LP670-4 SuperVeloce now sports the SV badge, which was last seen in 1995 Diablo. Lamborghini has provided details about the SuperVeloce. It is designed for speed and high performance. The car will perform very well on the track after shedding 100kg (220lbs) of weight through the extensive use carbon fiber and other lightweight materials. Carbon fiber was used in unusual places, such as the transmission tunnel. Carbon fiber can also be seen in the rear wings, rear diffuser, and front spoiler.
Lamborghini transformed the 6.5-litre V12 engine into a powerful powerplant that can produce 670hp (493kW), and 660Nm (487lb-ft). The 0 to 100 km/h speed is 3.2 seconds, while the top speed is an amazing 342 km/h (212 mph). It can be used with an automated manual gearbox e, all-wheel drive and two limited slip differentials. A 6-speed manual transmission is also available.
Even from its exterior appearance, the SuperVeloce is a bold statement of strength. This design features razor-sharp kinks that were first discovered in Gallardo LP 560-4 and the brave Reventon. The wheels are wrapped in 245/35 ZR18 rubber at the front, and the rear is covered by 335/30 ZR 18. The interior is highlighted by black, which can be found in the carbon fibre panels and inserts, as well as Alcantara leather seats.
